Ankur Bhandari

Chairman

Ankur is dedicated to enhancing business outcomes through smart business reinvention. His recent endeavors concentrate on crafting and implementing swift and enduring results via agile, customer-focused, and human-centric approaches. He has worked across several marquee clients (Fortune 500 companies and Private Equity Firms) across various industries.

Previously, Ankur worked as SVP Business Transformation at Damac, Partner at EY and Wipro, Head of WC Consulting at The Hackett Group, and Head of sales and delivery UKI & Nordics at Camelot (now part of Accenture), PRTM (now part of PwC), and Roland Berger. He graduated top of his class in both Electrical Engineering from Delhi University, India, and MBA from Purdue University, USA/Germany. Additionally, Ankur serves as a Board member for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), UK chapter.

Managing Director - India

AJ spearheads our delivery center in India. Her extensive experience in establishing and overseeing third-party outsourcing, shared services, and global delivery centers is unparalleled. AJs specialized knowledge guarantees that business needs are fulfilled in various domains, including finance, human resources, supply chain, and online media.

Notably, AJ is a pioneer, setting up a shared service center that supports over 100 countries from a tier-3 city in India.

Arpana Malhotra

Director - Operations

Arpana is an exceptional BFSI professional with experience at leading global banks HSBC and BNY Mellon International. Her expertise Operations, Project Management, Business Risk and Control. With a strong technical background, customer centric mindset couples with excellent communication and interpersonal skills she ensures delivery of high quality, sustainable results.

She is a Cost Accountant from Institute of Costs and Management Accounts of India and a Bachlore of Commerce (Hons) graduate from Delhi University, India.

Sushant Lal

Non Executive Director

Sushant is a passionate, business leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and over twenty-five years of experience in a wide range of leadership roles in outsourcing and consulting globally.

Over the years, Sushant has gained experience with GE, KPMG, Infosys, High Radius, Celonis and Tech M where he has engaged with CXOs. He has also led multiple outsourcing and consulting projects in finance and risk functions, technology advisory and cost optimisation across range of sectors. He is Black Belt certified with Masters from London Business School, a Chartered Accountant, and a graduate from GE Capital’s 2-year Risk Management Leadership Program.

Santosh Agrawal

Non Executive Director

A business leader with over 20 years’ experience in B2B and B2C telecommunications, data centre services, cloud-based cyber security solutions and IT services, encompassing strategic management, operations, project management, and commercial engineering across India, Singapore and Australia. A strategic thinker with proven expertise in developing and executing strategies and streamlining operations in large, medium, and small organizations, including government.

An MBA from Purdue University, Santosh has been responsible for launching businesses and growing them in a hyper-competitive environment and has been involved in preparing businesses for Global expansion.

Paul Sanders

Non Executive Director

Paul has extensive 25+ years experience in running and turning businesses globally. This spans roles as Director at Deloitte, Group Purchasing at VW and MD at various automotive, nuclear and aero industry suppliers.

Paul has entailed managing complex, urgent and strategic programmes and change initiatives to meet challenging targets. His experience spans operating model improvements through to cost reduction whilst releasing cash. Paul is able to apply practical solutions across cultures to reduce transformation complexity whilst deploying lean and agile principles that enable significant culture change.

Paul is hands-on in nature and his breadth of experience and inclusive style enables him to build relationships at all levels of an organisation. His practical experience in delivering insight and impact is key to success.

Silvia Cambie

Director Business Change

Silvia is a passionate digital transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in business change management.

Her expertise encompasses workplace modernization, organization design, and skills transformation, as well as enterprise collaboration, AI, and Cloud technologies. Having worked with renowned tech companies like Wipro and IBM, she has a proven track record of applying AI solutions, including Watson's capabilities, across various sectors such as manufacturing, banking, retail, and CPG.

Fluent in four languages, Silvia is not only a recognized public speaker but also a published author, bringing a wealth of knowledge and insight to her audience.
